These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of www.seniorclm.com (the "Site"), operated by Senior Lifestyle Home Management LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. About us and our services

Senior Lifestyle Home Management LLC solely provides nonmedical care. We are a Connecticut Registered Homemaker-Companion Agency, Registration No. HCA.0002605. Our registration with the Department of Consumer Protection is not an endorsement of the quality of our services. We don't provide medical, nursing, therapy or hospice services, and we don't handle or administer medication.

2. Information only, not medical or professional advice

Content on the Site is general information about our nonmedical services. It isn't medical, legal, financial or insurance advice. Please consult qualified professionals about health, legal or financial decisions.

3. Emergencies

The Site and our email are not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else is in danger or having a medical emergency, call 911.

4. No service agreement through the Site

Visiting the Site or contacting us doesn't create a service agreement or obligate either of us to provide or buy services. We provide services only under a written contract or service plan signed by you (or your authorized representative) and by us, as Connecticut law requires. Services depend on caregiver availability and our service area. These Terms cover the website only. Your services are governed by your signed contract or service plan, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

5. Job applications

Submitting an application doesn't create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview or offer. Any offer depends on a background check and the other requirements of Connecticut law and our hiring policies. Employment with us is at will unless a written agreement says otherwise. 6. Your submissions

You agree that the information you send us is accurate and that you have the right to share it. That includes having permission from anyone you list as a reference. Please don't send detailed medical information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Site. That includes trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with how it works, submitting false or harmful content, or using automated means to collect data from it.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's content, including text, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission. Third-party marks belong to their owners.

9. Testimonials

Testimonials on the Site are shared with the written permission of the people who gave them. They reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. We don't pay for testimonials.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any dispute about the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Site after that, the updated Terms apply.
