What we provide
Nonmedical in-home services: companionship, personal hygiene and daily routine assistance, meal preparation, transportation, end-of-life companionship and family respite, and 24/7 companion and homemaker services, all under a written, person-centered service plan. See our services.
What we don't provide: medical, nursing, therapy or hospice services, or medication handling or administration. Senior Lifestyle Home Management LLC solely provides nonmedical care. We provide nonmedical services only and are a separate company from any hospice, hospital or rehab facility.

By partner type
Discharge planners and case managers
Call as early as possible before discharge. We'll talk with the family, arrange a consultation and work toward a start date that matches discharge.
Social workers
We can help clients who need companionship, help with daily routines or caregiver relief.
Elder law attorneys and fiduciaries
We provide written service plans and records that support your client's care planning. Note: CT law (CGS §20-682) generally bars our staff from acting as a client's agent under a power of attorney.
Physicians and practice staff
If someone you see needs nonmedical help at home with daily routines, transportation to appointments or supervision, we can help the family arrange it. We follow the nonmedical routines families share with us and don't provide medical care.
Hospice teams
We provide nonmedical companionship, overnight presence and family respite alongside your team. We are a separate company and are not a hospice.
