Transportation and Company for Appointments, Errands and Outings

Getting out matters. We'll get your loved one there, and stay with them.

What it is

When driving isn't an option anymore, it's easy to become housebound. Our caregivers help seniors keep appointments, run errands and stay part of their community, and they stay by your loved one's side instead of just dropping them off.

What's included

  • Rides to and from appointments (the caregiver waits and can take notes for the family, if wanted)

  • Grocery shopping, pharmacy pickups and errands

  • Places of worship, senior centers, clubs and visits with friends and family

  • Walking-distance outings and fresh air

Who it helps

Seniors who no longer drive or shouldn't drive. Seniors who need a steady arm and some reassurance on outings. Families who can't leave work for every appointment.

Common questions

Is this an ambulance or medical transport?

No. This is nonmedical transportation and company. For medical transport, please contact a medical transport provider.

Can you take my mother to her doctor and tell me what was said?

A caregiver can come along and, with your mother's permission, pass on notes to the family. We don't interpret medical information.
